Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Teracare medical management platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a hospital or healthcare facility, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Service Usage & Licensing
Teracare grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our administrative suite strictly for healthcare management purposes. Unauthorized use, including reverse engineering or automated data scraping, is strictly prohibited.
3. Data Responsibility
The hospital entity retains full ownership of its clinical and patient data. However, you are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into Teracare complies with relevant medical privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Teracare acts as a data processor on your behalf.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
Certain features of the service are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled through the billing portal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Teracare provides tools to assist in medical management but does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. We are not liable for any clinical decisions made by healthcare professionals using the dashboard. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify administrative users of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
